Cancellation policy

We get it; life happens.

Your time is very valuable, as is your Tech’s time. Your Technicians will be at Mira’s Eyelashes salon waiting for you, and they need to be compensated if you do not arrive for your appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any eyelash extensions/lash lift service, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. That is to allow us to book another client and avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Clients cancelling appointments within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
  • Clients cancelling appointments within 8 hours (or no-shows) of their appointment time will be charged 100% of the appointment value, as we are rarely able to fill the spot with such short notice.
  • If you’re 20 minutes late or more to your appointment, we cannot guarantee your results’ full satisfaction. Therefore, we will reschedule clients arriving 20 minutes late and will charge them the full 100% plus a 3% processing fee of the appointment value.
  • This cancellation policy applies to this and every other appointment made with Mira’s Eyelashes, even if the appointment is booked on the same day.



As lash technicians, we need to promptly deal with lash issues to correct and resolve any issues, so they don’t continue. Your satisfaction is very important for Mira’s Eyelashes.

  • Mira’s Eyelashes must be notified within 5 days of your appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes. After 5 days, complimentary fix appointments are no longer available.
  • Complimentary fix appointments must be completed within 1 week of the original date of your appointment.
  • A standard 24-hour cancellation policy is applicable to fix appointments.
  • Please note that Mira’s Eyelashes do not have a waiting area, and it’s important for us to focus on giving you the best lashes possible. As such, we ask that you don’t bring children, pets, friends, or spouses.
  • PRIOR ALLERGIES: If you have had eyelash extensions from another salon and have experienced an allergic reaction previously, this treatment is highly not recommended and non-refundable in the event of a repeat allergy. Please book a patch test at least 24 hrs before treatment.
  • OTHER SALON’s WORK: To guarantee consistency and quality of the final set, we do not offer volume fills on work done by another salon. Please book removal and new set.
